Programmatura is an independent freelance web design and development service operated by a freelance developer based in Trinidad and Tobago. References to ‘we’, ‘our’, and ‘us’ on this website refer to the independent service provider operating under the Programmatura name.

When you enquire about a project, you may provide a business name, email address, service selection, project description, and any other details you choose to include. If we work together, we may also collect contact, billing, and project information necessary to provide our services.

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, device information, and website access logs to operate and protect the site.

03Why we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, discuss project requirements, deliver services, keep appropriate business records, and protect the website against spam and misuse.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or unrelated businesses.

04Enquiry form and communications

When you submit our project enquiry form, the details you provide are saved in a private, administrator-accessible WordPress Enquiries area. This includes your business name, email address, selected service, project description, submission date, and enquiry reference. The form validates required information and uses basic anti-spam measures.

WordPress separately attempts to send enquiry notifications to info@programmatura.com and programmatura.ai@gmail.com using our email service. Actual inbox delivery depends on the configured providers. Enquiry records may also be held in secured hosting and database backups.

We use this information to answer questions, discuss project requirements, and prepare quotations. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, or email, those services process the communications under their respective policies.

05Hosting, service providers, and information sharing

We may rely on service providers for hosting, email delivery, website security, and technical support. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. Some providers may process information outside Trinidad and Tobago.

We may disclose information if required by applicable law or to protect lawful rights. We do not share enquiries with unrelated businesses for their marketing.

06Cookies and analytics

The custom Programmatura website theme does not deliberately set advertising, profiling, or analytics cookies. WordPress uses essential cookies for administrator logins and related site management. Website hosting, security features, and any installed plugins may also use necessary cookies or similar technologies to operate or protect the website. Technical access logs may be processed even if no cookie is stored on your device.

We review our website technologies as they change. If we enable optional analytics, advertising pixels, embedded services, or other non-essential tracking, we will update this information and provide any controls or consent choices required by applicable law. 08Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, manage a project, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal requirements, or resolve disputes. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or otherwise securely disposed of when reasonably practicable.

For spam prevention, the enquiry form temporarily stores a salted hash of the submitting connection address to limit repeated requests. It does not use that hash to build visitor profiles.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. We will review requests in line with applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
