01Who we are

Programmatura is an independent freelance web design and development service based in Trinidad and Tobago. The business is operated by a freelance developer under the Programmatura brand, not presented as an incorporated development company or a large agency.

References to ‘we’, ‘our’, and ‘us’ in these terms mean the independent service provider operating as Programmatura. The person or business responsible for a paid engagement will be identified in its quotation or project agreement.

02Use of this website

This website introduces our services and showcases selected projects. Content is provided for general information and may be updated. Visitors must not attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious software, disrupt the site, or submit fraudulent or abusive enquiries.

03Our services

We offer business website design and development, website redesigns, custom functionality, dealership inventory experiences, hosting, maintenance, and related web services. Features and deliverables depend on the particular project agreement.

04Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. A project begins only once its scope and terms have been agreed and any required initial payment has been received.

The quotation or agreement takes precedence over general descriptions on this website for an individual project.

05Pricing and payment

Website projects start from TT$2,000. Actual pricing depends on the number of pages, design requirements, content, integrations, and technical complexity.

Unless another arrangement is agreed in writing, our standard website payment terms are a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% before launch. Hosting, domain registration, maintenance, subscriptions, and work outside the agreed scope may carry separate charges.

06Project timing and responsibilities

Timelines are estimates agreed for each project and may be affected by the delivery of materials, approvals, revisions, and technical dependencies. Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details and materials they have the right to use.

Substantial additional requests or scope changes may require a revised quotation or schedule.

07Revisions, cancellations, and refunds

The number of revisions, approval process, cancellation terms, and any refund entitlement depend on the applicable project quotation or agreement and mandatory legal rights. A deposit is not automatically described as non-refundable by this website.

Before payment, clients should review the specific written terms supplied for their project.

08Ownership and permissions

Ownership of commissioned website deliverables, source materials, and usage rights is determined by the individual project agreement. Client-provided names, logos, photographs, and other intellectual property remain subject to their existing rights.

Programmatura’s original logo, name, site content, and presentation may not be commercially reproduced without permission. Third-party platforms and software remain governed by their own licences.

09Portfolio and concept projects

Our work gallery includes completed client websites and independently developed concepts. A concept demonstrates design and development capability; it does not mean the featured business hired, partnered with, or officially endorsed Programmatura.

Brand names and marks shown in project previews belong to their respective owners.

10Hosting, maintenance, and support

Hosting, updates, and ongoing maintenance are not automatically included with every website project. Where purchased, service scope, renewal charges, support arrangements, and cancellation conditions are defined in the applicable agreement.

11External services and links

The website may link to completed client websites, hosted concepts, and social platforms. We do not control the availability, content, security, or policies of independently operated services.

12Website availability and liability

We aim to keep this website working and its information accurate, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every description will always be current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from third-party services or temporary disruptions of this informational website.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

13Governing law

These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Specific project disputes are also subject to the terms and dispute provisions agreed for that project.

14Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when our website or services change. The current version and revision date will be published here.
